Your Duties
- Read and understand production drawings
- Producing goods in accordance with works orders
- Carryout inspection according to production drawings
- Meeting quality standards
- Weighing products accurately
- Setting machines
- Ability to interpret drawings or the ability to learn
- Operate machines to optimum efficiencies
- Ability to move goods around the site
- Strong eye for detail to complete quality checks using various measuring equipment
- Be a strong team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible to work a shift pattern , shifts to be determines but an example shift could be 9:15am-6:30pm or 3:15am- 1pm Mon- Fri) the shift allocated will be static.

Identifying the correct decision makers and making an introductory call to introduce the business and service

Requesting information and passing to the Sales Team so they can generate a quote
Working to KPIs
Attending shows and exhibitions in the UK and Overseas
What you will bring to the role
Previous Telesales experience
Ability to communicate well over the phone and represent the business in a professional manner
Ability to build relationships with ease
Asking open questions, to progress the call from an enquiry to a request for information/quote
Managing workload ensuring all requests for quotes are passed over in a timely manner

Our client’s site is conveniently located near the M606 motorway in Bradford, BD12, with easy access from South Bradford, South Leeds, Birstall, Halifax, and North Huddersfield.
Our client is recruiting Pipefitters/Welders to join them on an ongoing basis, working on either an Umbrella basis or PAYE.
Working Hours:
Working Monday to Thursday - you can enjoy a long weekend or take up occasional overtime on Fridays paid at a premium rate.
Monday to Wednesday: 07:00 – 17:00
Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30

The Role
Read & work from manufacturing drawings to work out cut measures on both carbon and stainless-steel pipework
Welding to X-ray standard on both stainless and carbon steel (mild) materials
Ability to weld using TIG & MMA welding processes
Ability to fabricate pipework and associated fittings in line with drawing specification
All other general fab shop duties expected of you across the shift
Ability to TIG butt weld stainless steel 2mm wall thickness, butt weld carbon steel 5mm wall thickness
What you will bring to the role
Have proven work experience in fabrication, TIG and MMA pipe welding with stainless steel and mild steel
Hold a relevant qualification or be time served, experienced in TIG welding within a similar engineering environment.
A Plater Welder with experience in TIG welding on stainless could be considered

The Role:
As a Technical Specification Manager, you’ll be the single technical point of contact for customer design teams from early-stage planning (Stage 3) through to purchase order (PO) or design confirmation (DCO). Your primary responsibility will be to proactively lead customer engagement, ensuring our full range of innovative products is specified. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to align technical strategies and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer design teams.
Lead technical meetings to develop structurally sound and innovative solutions.
Use CAD to professionally convey design intent and options following design discussions.
Oversee and quality-check technical outputs prior to submission to customers.
Collaborate with BDMs to develop accurate proposals and communicate assumptions clearly.
Track and progress multiple projects, ensuring proactive management and timely handovers.

Proven ability to lead technical discussions and generate design solutions.
Proficiency in CAD for visualizing and communicating design concepts.
Strong communication skills across digital, phone, and in-person platforms.
