Main Duties

  • Oversee and maintain Dornier Looms
  • Set up knotbacks
  • Complete gear changes
  • Changeovers
  • Ensure machines run to optimum efficiencies

 
Person Profile
We're looking for a candidate with the following attributes;

  • Background in weaving and mechanical maintenance
  • Confident in setting and adjusting machinery
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and maintaining quality

Are you an experienced Application Support Analyst?  Are you looking to join a company with a rich heritage and fantastic work culture, offering stability and a fantastic place to work?  Our manufacturing client based in Leeds, West Yorkshire are recruiting for a motivated Application Support Analyst to join the IT department. The individual will be an integral part of the IT team supporting 1st to 3rd line internal support requests and ensuring the smooth running of a variety of applications. The company is mid-way through a Microsoft ERP migration project, the future candidate will be involved in supporting the project.   Key Duties include: · Oversee the daily delivery of IT support with a focus on supporting the hybrid Microsoft ERP en-vironment and production systems. · Proactively manage the internal helpdesk, ensuring prioritisation, escalation and resolution to a variety of requests. · Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to maintain a high level of service. · Give advice and guidance to key stakeholders relating to technical difficulties. · Maintain the integrations and transfer of data across multiple systems. · Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop business process and system improvements inline with the company strategy. · Support the continuous deployment and enhancement of the companies Microsoft estate. · Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve system performance. · Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new system and pro-cesses. Key Skills & Experience: We are looking for someone who is user focused and priorities delivering a clear supportive service. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, curious mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Our client’s site is conveniently located near the M606 motorway in Bradford, BD12, with easy access from South Bradford, South Leeds, Birstall, Halifax, and North Huddersfield. Our client is recruiting Pipefitters/Welders to join them on an ongoing basis, working on either an Umbrella basis or PAYE. Working Hours: Working Monday to Thursday - you can enjoy a long weekend or take up occasional overtime on Fridays paid at a premium rate. Monday to Wednesday: 07:00 – 17:00 Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30 What's in it for you?
