Your primary responsibility will be to proactively lead customer engagement, ensuring our full range of innovative products is specified. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to align technical strategies and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer design teams. Lead technical meetings to develop structurally sound and innovative solutions. Use CAD to professionally convey design intent and options following design discussions. Oversee and quality-check technical outputs prior to submission to customers. Collaborate with BDMs to develop accurate proposals and communicate assumptions clearly. Track and progress multiple projects, ensuring proactive management and timely handovers. PLC experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work independently with strong time management.
