Position: Plasma Cutter
We are looking for a skilled Plasma Cutter to join our client’s team and help enhance their operational capabilities. If you have experience in plasma cutting and thrive in a manufacturing environment, this role is for you!
Your Role:
- Operate an Ajan machine with a 3m x 1.5m bed
- Cut mild steel ranging from 3mm-20mm in thickness
- Ensure all products are cut accurately to specifications
- Manage stock, sheet metal, and consumables
- Operate the overhead crane and FLT combi truck
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to work from specifications, drawings, and instructions
- Experience operating a plasma-cutting machine
- Meticulous attention to quality checks against specifications
- Competence in moving goods with an overhead crane
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable

- Competitive pay up to £13.50 per hour DOE
- Temporary role with the potential to become permanent
- Working hours: Mon-Thu 8am-4:30pm & Fri 8am-2pm
