Prepare work to be upholstered; frame, tick checking against production ticket. Positioning and competently attaching tick using compressed air tools. Visually check finished item to ensure 100% accuracy, right first time. Ensure tasks are completed within set timescales, maintaining quality. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure that housekeeping is kept up to standard in your area throughout the shift. About you:   Be able to deep Button. Experience in Divan upholstery/upholstery  Good communication skills Self-motivated Displays integrity The ability to stand, walk and move for up to 10 hours per day Team player. Attention to detail. Reporting to the Leadership team, you will be able to understand and work with production tickets, whilst checking the specification is correct. Key duties in the role are:   Understand production tickets. Whilst checking the spec is correct to the production ticket, prepare borders & panels. Visually check finished items to ensure 100% accuracy, right first time. Remove any flaws and record the data - inform Technical Lead Operatives Monitor and record scrap/yield. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying. About you:   Sewing experience preferred but not essential Enthusiastic and flexible approach to react on a day-to-day basis to all requests, Ability to self-manage your time during the working day. Attention to detail and the ability to think clearly and work under pressure. Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and prioritise workload to deliver expectations and tasks.
