About the role:
They're on the lookout for a Maintenance Engineer who has the drive, determination, and commitment to grow into our future Maintenance Manager. This is a long-term career opportunity that spans over 5 years, offering a chance to showcase your skills and lead a team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for both reactive and preventative maintenance across a diverse range of equipment and machinery. From CNC fabric cutting to robotic adhesive application, your expertise will ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly. While prior experience in similar processes is advantageous, it's not mandatory.

Working Hours: This is a full-time, permanent position with rotating shift patterns from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm,Monday to Friday. Additionally, you'll be part of the emergency call-out team on a rotational basis and may need to work some Saturday mornings.
