Cubed Talent is partnering with an exciting client to find dedicated Multi Skilled Operatives to join a team that takes pride in refurbishing and fitting out modular buildings to the highest standards. If you thrive on hands-on work and variety, this role is for you!

About the Job:

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you’ll play a key role in assembling and installing manufactured components to precise specifications. Your daily tasks will involve safely handling, moving, and completing installations to a high standard within set deadlines under the supervision of your line manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and decorate external product surfaces to meet quality expectations.
  • Apply internal finishes, such as partitions, trims, layout configurations, and painting.
  • Carry out basic joinery tasks (e.g., building partition walls, fitting doors, windows).
  • Undertake plumbing tasks such as sink/toilet assembly and installing fittings.
  • Assist with basic electrical work, including trunking, cabling, and fixture installation, under an electrician’s supervision.
  • Follow safety regulations to maintain a zero-harm environment.
  • Assemble/disassemble buildings, including utility connections, staircases, and more.
  • Travel to client sites to address rectifications and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Use lean principles to contribute to team goals and exceed performance targets.
About You:

We need a proactive, hands-on individual with:
  • Basic joinery experience in a construction setting.
  • Foundational knowledge of other trades such as plumbing, painting, and electrics.
  • Problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude with strong planning capabilities.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday; 7:45am – 4:30pm and Friday; 7:30am – 3:30pm
Pay Rate:
  • £14.85 per hour, plus the potential to earn more based on skills and performance.
